Birds

As a designer, the ability to work from home is certainly a convenience. But, it is easy to get lazy and sloth-like in the confines of a Manhattan apartment. One of the biggest pieces of advice I can give to creative minds working at home is to deliberately set aside time to GO OUTSIDE... Get Coffee... Get Groceries... Go for a walk... Whatever. Just get out, it will spark new ideas and renew your motivation to hit the ground running on your actual work when you return.
Today, I went to the park next door with my Nikon.
The birds were a welcome distraction.
